About Recruitment
We are always looking for motivated and dynamic people to join our team as waitresses, kitchen helpers, chambermaids, shop vendors, and biologists.
Fluency in English is preferable, and a full scholarship is available for selected candidates.
Non-residents are provided with accommodation on Pico Island.
Employment is governed by Portuguese labour law, with salaries based on the official minimum wage (currently €913.50/month, as of January 2025) and adjusted according to each candidate’s experience.
Priority is given to Azorean applicants whenever possible.
Internships
We also welcome students for internships or training placements through programmes such as Eurodysseia, Erasmus+, or L/T traineeships, in fields like marine biology, environmental tourism, hotel and catering, multimedia, or communications.
Internships last a minimum of 4 to 5 months, offering real hands-on experience in ecotourism and the opportunity to grow within the company.
